Je spezieller der Anwendungsfall, desto spezieller

sind auch die Anforderungen an die Maschinen

und Komponenten. So auch im Fall von Kompostie-

rungssystemen, in denen verwertbares organisches

Material unter Einfluss von Luft, Bakterien und

Pilzen abgebaut wird.

Als besonders zuverlässige Helfer im Verrottungs-

prozeß stellen sich die Mitteldruckventilatoren dar.

Die Gebläse versorgen die Mikroorganismen in

den Kompostmieten mit dem notwendigen Sauer-

stoff. Abhängig von den Ausgangsstoffen kann

sich durch diese systematische Belüftung die

sogenannte Rottezeit von mehreren Monaten auf

ca. 6-8 Wochen verkürzen.

Robuste und effiziente Systemkomponenten

An den weitgehend verschleiß- und wartungsfreien

Radialventilatoren können je nach Größe des

Kompostierungssystems Luftdruck und Luftmenge

entsprechend individuell angepasst werden. Niro-

sehr niedrigen Niveau.

The more specific an application case, the more

specific the requirements with regards to machines

and components. This also holds true for composting

systems in which recyclable organic material

is decomposed using the influence of air, bacteria

and fungi.

Medium pressure ventilators have proved to provide

particularly reliable help in the decomposition

process. The blowers supply the micro-organisms in

the compost windrows with the required oxygen.

Depending on the starting material, this systematic

aeration may reduce what is referred to as the

rotting period from previously several months to

now approx. 6 to 8 weeks.

Robust and efficient system components

The largely wear- and maintenance-free radial

ventilators provide for individual adjustment of

air pressure and air quantity, depending on the

requirements and the size of the composting

system.

Stainless steel shafts and stainless steel impellers

add to the great resistance of the devices to

corrosive loads that occur in composting. To account

for aggravated ambient conditions including water,

vapours, and humidity, the motors of the ventilators

are designed with increased degree of protection

IP55; in this way they are also ideally suited for out-

door applications.

And last but not least: thanks to the strong 1.5 kW

high-efficiency motors, the operating costs of

the aeration system can be kept at a very low level.
