The cover winding units pick up the GORE© Cover tarpaulins from the windrow for subsequent turning or sieving without manual labour.
The integrated remote control enables a single employee to completely cover and enclose the compost windrows. The basic unit travels from windrow to windrow on a rail on the approach wall. The tarpaulin is wound up directly by the device and unwound or covered using a cable winch and wheel loader.
The wrapping device is designed for widths of 8 metres. It consists of a sturdy, hot-dip galvanised steel grid construction, support and guide rollers are designed for heavy loads.
