Together we will develop the optimum solution for your needs. Windrow composting with a membrane cover is flexible and can be used for a wide variety of raw materials and waste treatments.

Once we've worked out the appropriate treatment system for you, it's time to plan and finalise the project. The hardware and software of the composting plant must be adapted to the specific conditions, such as climatic conditions, rotting process and compost quality.

Once the approvals are in place, construction of the plant can begin. This is far less complex than a closed enclosure and therefore takes less time.

The next step is to install the composting technology. The aeration technology, O2 probe and temperature and pressure sensors must be fitted to the appropriate locations and installed with the software.

After a successful test run, the composting plant with membrane cover is ready for waste treatment.
